In light of recent budget announcements, new research, and a renewed focus on digital government services, this industry and expert roundtable will explore strategies to consolidate recent progress, build trust, and establish a foundation for the next phase of reform.
The goal is to drive increased adoption of digital government services for the benefit of all Australians.
The roundtable will be hosted by the Chancellor of the University of Sydney, David Thodey AO, and feature a keynote address by the Minister for Government Services, The Hon. Bill Shorten MP.

To build momentum for change, the roundtable is being held ahead of the AFR's Government Services Summit (30 July 2024) and the upcoming National Press Club address by the Hon Bill Shorten MP, Minister for Government Services on "Government services in Australia: the next decade" (13 August 2024).
