Strategic Workforce Planning in the Age of AI

On behalf of the Tech Council of Australia and WithYouWithMe, we are pleased to invite you to an exclusive senior leader briefing with London-based workforce expert, Sally Walker, following her presentation at SXSW Sydney.

As the former Director Cyber at UK Intelligence Agency, GCHQ, Sally has worked with world and business leaders to explore the impact of cybersecurity and AI on modern workforces. From running the tech operations for the London Olympics, to masterminding the creation of the National Cyber Force; Sally has been placed firmly at the forefront of strategic workforce planning for more than 25 years.

Now, amid the challenging backdrop of rapid technological advancement and the influence of data and AI on human decision-making, creating a workforce that is agile, inclusive, and well-prepared is crucial for organisational success.

Sally will lead a discussion on building dynamic and fit for purpose workforces, and will share skills-based strategies leaders can implement today to increase the capability, capacity and resilience of their people.
