The Digital ID Bill has passed through Parliament and the new Digital ID Act 2024 is expected to commence by late November.

TCA is hosting a roundtable with the Department of Finance regarding updated exposure drafts of the Accreditation and Digital ID Rules and the Accreditation Data Standards which are required to be made by the Minister for Finance for commencement of the legislation.
