TCA Subcommunity - Regulation Meeting (September)

This is the regular monthly meeting for the TCA's Regulation Subcommunity.

The goal for this Subcommunity is to support best practice regulation that enables firms across the economy to innovate, invest, adapt, and grow.

Our 2024 policy/advocacy priorities and other key focus areas for this subcommunity include:

• Cyber security strategy delivery
• Privacy Act reform delivery
• Competition reform
• Digital ID/credentials reform
• Payments & digital assets reforms
• Defence Trade Controls
• Cloud/SaaS regulation risks
• AI regulation – detailed design
• Security-by-design code design
• Digital trade priorities

Each meeting will have a separate agenda. This will be shared closer to the meeting.
