Membership Refund Policy

Members can resign by submitting written notice and are obligated to an annual fee. Automatic termination clauses are stated in our Constitution and may include insolvency events.

Reminders will be sent if the annual fee is overdue by a month. Without a resolution, unpaid memberships will be terminated three months after the due date.

Expulsion can occur under extraordinary conditions through a Tech Council resolution. Factors leading to this are outlined in Sections 1 and 2. You will be notified of the expulsion resolution and its grounds one week prior to the meeting where it will be discussed.

In the event of expulsion, you would receive a reimbursement for the remainder of your membership fee, prorated based on the number of days remaining in your membership.
